Tamra Barney and Eddie Judge are married!! Congrats to them. And hey, if it’s your third wedding, why NOT have three bridal gowns?? I say go BIG or go HOME, but what did Tamra’s family say, and which former Housewife made a surprise appearance on the finale episode of Tamra's OC Wedding? 

Meanwhile on The Real Housewives of Miami, I saw so much back story, it almost distracted me from the actual episode! Mama drama, the biggest HIVES I’ve ever seen, and where I call producer meddling ...

The Tamra Barney Judge wedding spinoff is over! I loved seeing the gorgeous ceremony come together, but of course I’m always looking for what you DON’T see behind-the-scenes, noticing placement of cast members, camera setups, and of course promotional consideration -- how much did they pay for all of this?

If you were Tamra and Eddie, wouldn’t you be a little tempted to swing that cake? I know I would ...

Things are so hot in Miami, if I were a producer, I’d wear a HAZ-MAT suit. Most of us love Twitter and Facebook, but how has social media changed the Housewives? This week, we discuss how the fans get involved and can actually drive storylines. We had ladies who worry about whether their children will get dragged into the drama -- I give you my take as to whether Adriana de Moura did a good job with her son or made things worse.

And finally, it wouldn’t be The Real Deal without going deep into the feud between Adriana and Lea Black. Adriana thinks she has a smoking gun, but does she really? Fue una noche picante en realidad TV land, con el estreno de la Boda de Tamra OC Bravo, seguido por el episodio 4 de las Amas de Casa Real de Miami – ¿viste?

Hablar de teatro! Luchas épicas que casi arruinan dos bodas, alguien hombre conseguir abajo y sucio con una stripper, mintiendo a las caras y los secretos detrás de las cámaras de productores amigos no quiero saber.

Hoy en día, discutimos cómo negociar servicios gratuitos a cambio de un enchufe en la televisión. Es una apuesta segura Que Tamra Barney no pagan $6.000 por esos zapatos. Sé por experiencia que los productores flash esa etiqueta grande para arriba en la pantalla como publicidad para los aficionados conocedores de moda con bolsillos en serio. Pero eso no es el único rápidamente trataron de tirar de los espectadores.

Why Dressing My Kids for School Is My Biggest Fear

There is a photo of me on my first day of kindergarten that still hangs in my parents' living room.

I'm wearing a uniform -- a navy blue tunic with a white blouse underneath. I came to love that my school had a uniform, but that day all I could think about was how scratchy it was.

My long hair is severely middle-parted and pulled into a ponytail. My navy blue socks are hiked up high to my knees. I'm holding my favorite stuffed animal and giving a halfhearted smile. I knew I looked ridiculous.

Of course, my parents thought I looked great. And I did in a 4-year-old slightly nervous about going to school for the first time kind of way.

But I think about that photo every time I dress my kids for their first day of school. Here's why:

I know their outfit will be immortalized not only in our house, but in their classroom for the rest of the year.

I didn't think about it when they started kindergarten -- luckily I'd talked them into respectable flowered sundresses and convinced them that barrettes would be a great idea -- but day one is when their teachers take the picture that will become their avatar from September until June.

That same shot, no matter how poofy their hair is, or how ill-fitting their clothes are, will be used to mark their cubbies, their journals, their folders, their classroom art projects ... basically any representation of them for two semesters, aka an eternity if you're a kid.

That's a lot of pressure! And the funny thing is, as we transition from summer into September, we're always at an awkward point with clothes. They've pretty much grown out of their summer gear but the back-to-school fall stuff is way too big since I buy it that way on purpose. 

Also, as they get older, I have less input on their styling. They want to pick their looks, which I am thrilled about most of the time. Let's face it, even the most Punky Brewster throwback is charming when you're 7. It's just that this day, I'm irrationally programmed to want things just so.

We have a few weeks until school starts, but in preparation I've already started asking them what they'd like to wear or planting suggestions and saying ... maybe we should save this dress or that shirt so we can set it aside. It's annoying them. And me.

The other day one of my girls told me she decided on an outfit. "I have a great idea," she said, "Do you still have your school uniform?"

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards appeared to have a picture-perfect marriage until her super hot husband Mauricio Umansky was accused of having a threesome with a female escort and transsexual prostitute Mistress Terri. You guys, Kim Kardashian is super worried about something. What if you forget about her while she's in Baby Weight Loss Lockdown 2013? A source says, "Kim has had this plan to show off how great she looks after giving birth and sell the pictures or videos for a lot of money, but she’s getting worried that it’s been too long and people aren’t as excited about seeing her anymore." I know it seems like yesterday, but it really has been two whole months since North West was born. The insider claims there's been a "shift in the fanbase." (I guess this would be the wrong time to mention a certain Schmince Schmorge ...)

I know what you're all thinking: Kim Kardashian who?!?

Hardy har har, of course we remember Kim Kardashian. She's only been gone for five minutes! Geez, what kind of flea-brained attention spans does she think we have? That's ridiculous. I know for a fact people are not forgetting Kim. How do I know? I cannot reveal details, but let me just say this: The reason we keep talking about Kim on The Stir is because so many people are still so obsessed with her. The minute people lose interest in KDash, we will stop writing about her, I ASSURE YOU. It's not happening any time soon.

But if Kim is so paranoid about losing our attention, there's a very obvious solution. She should get her ass out of the house. It's that easy. This idea of not appearing in public until she loses all the baby weight is just a big, foot-long insanity hoagie with extra crazy sauce.

It should take any healthy new mom a good six to nine months to lose the weight -- maybe longer if you gained more than the recommended 30 pounds, as Kim seems to have. I keep saying this! I think Kim's plan is to lose it all as soon as possible, but for the 90 millionth time, that's not healthy.

And anyway, Kim is missing an excellent opportunity to win some sympathy by showing up "in process." She should trust her fans to still love her and support her because it takes her time to lose the body weight -- not in spite of that. We don't need her to be superhuman. It's okay, Kim. You can act like a normal person this time, I swear.

Taylor Swift 'Biggest Fan' Contest Cancelled When 'Creepy' 39-Year-Old Man Wins

Taylor Swift has fans of all ages, from the tiniest of tots (I took my 4-year-old daughter to her concert) to moms like me. But when a 39-year-old man won her recent "Biggest Fan" contest in what appears to be a big online prank, organizers said no way was he getting the grand prize -- a chance to meet her -- and the whole thing was cancelled.

No, it's not because she's an ageist (remember she did date John Mayer who's 35), but because the 39-year-old winner sounds like a big fat loser. The contest was run by Boston radio station KISS FM. Fans were asked to enter to win, and then online voting would determine the winner. Sounds fair, but "Charles" (the 39-year-old winner) didn't play fair.

Instead he and others made a mockery of the whole contest, posting on various websites with a mean scheme to boost him to number one. For example on 4chan, users were asked to vote for the "fat old guy creep" to "crush the dreams of these girls and give him a chance to make a complete ass of himself by blatantly just sniffing her hair with cameras rolling."

Because there are so many vile and cruel people in the world with nothing better to do, users voted Charles to the top. But Charles will not be meeting Taylor. Nor will any of her other fans in that contest. The radio station offered the following explanation:

Disappointingly, we have determined that the integrity of the "Taylor Swift's Biggest Fan" contest has been compromised. In accordance with our contest rules, effective immediately, the contest has been terminated. We apologize to all of our loyal listeners who have participated.

What a way to spoil it for everyone, Charles. And for what, a few chuckles? I don't blame the station at all for cancelling, but I do feel bad for her true fans who really would have loved this opportunity to meet Taylor.

Trayvon Martin Has Forced Me to Face My Biggest Fear as the Mother of an African American Boy

George Zimmerman's trial may be over, but the wounds left in its wake are still here. What has happened is especially painful to think about as a parent of an African American boy. It's unbelievable that someone can just walk away scot-free after killing a young, unarmed teen. Shocking. Chilling. Heartbreaking. Though, more so than the not guilty verdict itself is what the conclusion of this trial tells the world. Perhaps no one put it better than Trayvon Martin's own mother.

Speaking out for the first time, Sybrina Fulton told NBC's Today:

Sending a terrible message to other little black and brown boys -- that you can't walk fast, you can't walk slow. So what do they do? I mean, how do you get home without people knowing or either assuming that you're doing something wrong? Trayvon wasn't doing anything wrong.

It really is a frightening reality that few of us know how to prepare our children for. So what are we parents to do? My husband and I have given this a lot of thought in recent days. As soon as our son, now 5, is a few years older, we will have to tell him that there are times he will be judged unfairly because of the way he looks. That because he is black, his life could be put in danger even if he has done nothing wrong. We don't want to terrify him, but we can't have him walking around blind to the realities of this world. Just the thought of this conversation overwhelms me with sadness. 

But let's be honest here. It's not just wannabe vigilantes like George Zimmerman that pose a threat. Police profiling certainly can play a dangerous part too. There have been numerous cases of cops stopping or harassing black men who turn out to be innocent of any wrongdoing. When I was growing up and even today, friends and family members called it, "Driving while black." It's the notion that because of your skin color, you are more likely to be pulled over. It happens to everyone -- doctors, lawyers, even politicians of color. Years ago, a family friend and his son were stopped by police and beaten so badly he was hospitalized for days. It was a case of mistaken identity.

Reportedly, Lavar Burton takes his hat off and says "Sir" whenever he is pulled over by the cops. But is this capitulation for the sake of survival really fair? Of course not. I have a hard time accepting that I should have to teach my son to treat a racist with reverence just so that he may live. That is just infuriating. That whole concept is just infuriating.

It's incredible to me that we are still asking the world to judge people by the content of their character rather than the color of their skin. Martin Luther King, Jr. must be rolling over in his grave. We have come so far in many ways, but are still far behind in ones that matter. This just feels like a game we cannot win. I am raising my child to be a hardworking, educated, ethical human being. Sadly, that just won't be what some will see.
