Cheating Husband Tries to Sell His Motorcycle for Divorce Money in Hilarious Ad

If you have to deal with going through a divorce, I guess it makes things easier to keep a light attitude about it. And apparently that's what one dude's philosophy is in trying to sell his motorcycle by posting an ad in the Indiana classifieds that's anything but conventional.

Along with a picture of his bike, the ad reads, "2002 Harley Davidson V-Rod. 12,600 mi. nice bike, fast, pretty, great ride, girlfriend pregnant, wife knows, must sell, lawyer wants money. $7,800."

OMG. Don't ya love it? I'm really not sure who to feel worse for, here -- the wife, who this dude obviously isn't upset about losing, or the pregnant girlfriend who is gaining a cheater who no longer rides a Harley! (You know the bad boy thing is what probably drew her to him in the first place.)

You have to admit, this guy is pretty clever. If you were in the market for a new bike and saw his ad versus the standard ones, wouldn't you be more inclined to give him a call than the other sellers? I mean, he deserves a few extra points for creativity, if nothing else.

This kind of reminds me of the ad a jilted lover posted for her mattress when her partner cheated on her -- remember that? She had this detailed ad on Craigslist in an attempt to sell the mattress she shared with this dude for $150 where she basically ripped him a new one and made everyone laugh like hell in the process. (You gotta love it.)

With any luck, this guy will get the cash he needs to move forward with his divorce. And since his girlfriend is pregnant, it doesn't sound like he'll have any time for that Harley for at least the next few years or so.

Did this ad make you laugh?

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards appeared to have a picture-perfect marriage until her super hot husband Mauricio Umansky was accused of having a threesome with a female escort and transsexual prostitute Mistress Terri. When co-stars Lisa Vanderpump and Brandi Glanville asked her about the rumors, Kyle reportedly flipped out and even told producers she wanted off the show. 'Real Housewives of New Jersey' Recap: Melissa Gorga Cheating Rumors Turn Into a Big Hairy Mess

Joe and Melissa GorgaJust when it looked like it was all peace and light with the RHONJ crew, tonight we saw that nothing has really changed all that much when it comes to the feud between Melissa Gorga and Teresa Giudice. Though they both said sorry and hugged it out, neither of them trusts the other. Of course, neither seems all that trustworthy, so there's that too.

With Melissa's book on finding your true love coming out, she was all sorts of bent out of shape that someone had been planting rumors that she'd cheated on Joe. She immediately suspected Teresa had something to do with it, and although she didn't come out and accuse her of it, she implied it as heavily as she applies her eye shadow.

Teresa was bound and determined to prove her innocence ... a little too bound and determined though.

Teresa invited Melissa to her hair product line launch, and was adamant that she confront Penny and Jan (the women who had been spreading rumors about her) there. She promised to have her back, and said this was her opportunity.

Only when Jan confronted Melissa, Teresa just stood there blinking her eyes the whole time. Jan went off on Melissa and accused her again of getting together with her ex. Not a bit of back covering from Tre there.

Then Penny came up, and Melissa couldn't get a straight answer out of her when she asked who was asking all these questions about her. It was partly because Teresa kept interrupting her to make sure she cleared Teresa's name. No she and Penny aren't friends. No she'd never met Angelo before he confronted Melissa about dancing at his club. Nope, none of it had anything to do with Teresa. Smug, satisfied, and vindicated, Teresa skipped off ... though not before Penny left. She wasn't about to leave her and Melissa alone together.

The Gorgas weren't convinced of Teresa's innocence at all. In fact, her little production may have done more harm than good. "I don’t feel like I’m getting the whole truth," Joe said. "Teresa’s trying too hard to make herself look innocent."

Melissa concurred, "Nothing adds up. It just feels like someone’s hands are a little dirty." I'm not a huge Melissa fan, but I agree -- nothing does add up. Someone is pulling the puppet strings, and who else would have a motive other than Teresa? I think it's possible/probable that she has at least something to do with the whole thing. Of course, it also wouldn't surprise me at all if some of the rumors about Melissa are true.

Next week it looks like the whole gang is off to Arizona for a relaxing spa vacation to celebrate Melissa's birthday. When talking about how nice and healing it will be, Joe Gorga said (in all seriousness), "Everyone gets along on vacation." Ha!

Best moment of the night: Jacqueline Laurita's amazing reunion with her son Nicholas. Tears!

Do you think Teresa is involved in planting these rumors? Do you think Melissa did meet up with her ex?

10 Reasons Not to Take Back a Cheating Husband

Being cheated on is probably the most devastating thing that can happen to a relationship short of the other person dying. Actually, it can FEEL like your partner has died when you find how he (or she) has been cheating. It feels like what you had together died.

A woman wrote an essay in the Daily Mail about taking back her husband after he had a long-term affair. Initially, she thought this was a great idea. So great that she even wrote about how the affair brought them closer together than ever. But, predictably, that was a premature conclusion. Now she's writing about how she should never have taken him back and it was the biggest mistake she's ever made. Each person should decide for themselves whether to give a relationship another chance after cheating. And should not be judged for it. But here are 10 reasons not to take back a cheater.

1. The relationship will never be the same. While it's true that some people say a relationship actually improves after cheating, we should face that usually it does not. That sense of freedom, of trust, of respect is gone for awhile and may never come back.

2. You don't have to worry about it happening again. Cheaters don't always cheat again, but there's a decent chance he might. Why? Whatever made him cheat is probably still in his psyche unless he is seriously working on all of his issues. Because he had a choice to cheat. You didn't make him do it (no matter what he says). Some studies even say there's a cheating gene. I don't believe once a cheat, always a cheat, but I definitely believe once a cheat, good chance of being a cheat.

3. You teach your children that cheating is not acceptable. If your children see you leave a cheater, they learn that this is something that destroys relationships and is unacceptable. Which doesn't guarantee they won't ever do it or put up with it, but they will realize it has severe consequences.

4. You'll save on therapy bills. Because, believe me, you are going to need them now that you've decided to stay with someone who strayed.

5. You'll feel safer. Not knowing if your man is going to cheat means never quite knowing when you might pick up a venereal disease.

6. You get to keep your self-respect. If you want to stay with a cheater, you should get to do that and not be judged. But, let's face it, your self-respect is going to take a huge hit for awhile. Especially if the affair is ongoing, or the cheating is chronic, how do you respect yourself staying with a man who can't or won't value you?

7. Things can only get better. When you stay in a relationship with a cheater who makes little or no effort to change, things can only get worse. When you leave, things can only get better.

8. You're not taking the "easy" way out. It's as difficult, if not more difficult, to leave a relationship, even a bad one, than it is to stay in one. You're not the one giving up on the relationship, he gave up when he cheated.

9. You need a partner, not a child. It's not up to you to "save" him, "teach him" right from wrong, or "help" him get over his cheating habit. He's an adult and should have done that for himself.

10. You deserve better. Believe it or not, there are men and women who do not cheat and will not cheat, and you deserve one of them.

11. You don't need any reason at all.

Have you ever left a cheater?

mattressBreaking up is hard. Getting over and coming to terms with a split can be even harder. Sometimes, we're tempted to go to extremes ... like selling our ex's possessions in a way that shames them and hangs aaallll their dirty laundry out to dry. That's exactly what one betrayed lover in San Francisco decided to do when he posted what might be the most hilarious, bitter, and painfully honest post-breakup Craigslist ad of all time.

The listing is for a $150 "plush-ass mattress," which will "get you to f**king REM and for 6-8 hours every night you'll forget that you're sleeping next to a sociopath." No wonder the poster clearly just wants it out of his life ...

The pain of my broken heart now means less back pain for you! This is basic law of transference type shit. I'm pretty sure the physics work out, but then again -- I paid my college roommate who was a scholarship student to do all my take-home exams so I can't be entirely sure.

So here's the deal: $150 and it's yours. No catch. Get this f**king mattress out of my life.

It's a plush queen-sized Simmons Beautyrest. It's three years old, and feels like you're sleeping on a f**king cloud -- even when you're unknowingly sleeping next to a lying cheater. In a bad relationship and have to lie next to the constant reminder that you didn't go to grad school so that you could move and get engaged? Then this is the bed for you, it will get you to f**king REM and for 6-8 hours every night you'll forget that you're sleeping next to a sociopath. There are no stains, and this thing hasn't seen action in a while.

I thought about giving it away for free, but then I figured, what the hell -- sell the bed, and go buy a Fleshjack and a handle of whiskey. And that's how I settled on $150. This thing is priced to move. It's worth much more than the price, and I figure that even someone who is looking at Craigslist on a Tuesday morning could easily afford it. So don't email me with your lowball offers. And don't agree to $150 and get to my house and offer $100. Because that would make you a lying cheater, and I would rather set the mattress on fire and throw it out of the window rather than sell it to you. Seriously, I will lose it.

Priority will go to those who can come get this literal bed of lies today, as I've got the entire Fiona Apple and Alanis Morissette discographies to get through.

And no, I won't help you get it out to your car. There are only eleven steps up to my apartment. You figure it out. I was going to sell the mattress for $200 but I figured it was worth the $50 to watch someone else have to struggle over this oppressive burden. Not a deal-breaker, but it would help immensely if you looked like my ex as I would love to see an entitled, Ivy-League-educated asshole struggle with this thing. But totally not necessary.

Wowwwww, right? But hey, there are a lot more horrible, unproductive, self-destructive ways to express your bitterness after a bad breakup. I'm actually all about someone trashing their ex in an anonymous way like this, where no one is really getting hurt. Heck, this guy's actually going to help a stranger out by selling them a fab mattress at a really low price. Well, maybe he will. The ad has since been removed from Craigslist. But with the kind of press his ranty posting has drawn, I wouldn't be surprised if his inbox is filled with offers for the bed ... and more!

What was your reaction to this angry ex's ad?

‘Facebook Cheating’ Is Just as Painful as the Real Thing -- But Should It Be?

cheatingNo doubt, infidelity has been on the rise since social media has sunk its claws into the otherwise somewhat content world. We now pretty much have access to anyone, any time we want. And let's not forget, things are so much easier to say -- whether they're filled with hate or filled with lust -- when you're sitting behind a computer and don't have to face an actual human being. But should "Facebook cheating," i.e., exchanging sexy messages, etc., online -- and online only -- be just as upsetting as the real thing?

Turns out, most people think so.

A new study shows that couples who discover online acts of infidelity are just as upset as if they realized their partner was cheating in real life. Research conducted by Texas Tech University concluded that, although the stages of coping with online cheating are different, the infidelity itself creates a similar emotional experience for the person who was cheated on. Jaclyn Cravens, one of the lead authors of the study, said: "This is very important because there is a line of thought that if the infidelity was discovered online, or confined to online activity, then it shouldn't be as painful."

I can't imagine what it would be like to discover something as awful as this. It would, without question, be incredibly painful and feel like a punch to the gut. But I can't help but wonder if the relationships in which the cheating was solely restricted to the Internet are more salvageable than the ones where actual, physical contact is made.

By no means am I diminishing "Facebook cheating." Like I said, I'm sure it's absolutely devastating. But the truth is, online, people are completely different people. Clearly, one's "online persona" is a part of them (that may or may not lie dormant) if they have the ability to act a certain way -- but is it the "real" them? And isn't the web, for some, just a really bad way to deal with real life problems they have? For instance, trolls probably aren't as big of assholes in real life, but they're probably not very nice or happy people. Am I making any sense?

I guess this is just another interesting and sad layer that's been added to society, compliments of social media. I certainly don't condone or would want to be on the receiving end of "online infidelity," but maybe the sum is bigger than its parts? Maybe the problem is social media? Maybe people should ... get the hell offline for a while.

Would you be as upset if you found out your partner was "Facebook cheating"?

Woman's Crazy Revenge on Cheating Husband Only Makes Her Look Bad

Cheaters. Ugh. They're just so vile. So selfish. So deserving of a massive Twitter rant. But you shouldn't do it. Much as you want to. Airing your dirty laundry in a massively public way may feel good in the moment, but months or years down the road, all that vitriol will still be there for your friends, family, children, and yourself to see -- and yet you've (hopefully) moved on. The problem with the Internet is that it doesn't move on. One very angry wife is going to learn this lesson someday. I don't blame the woman, who goes by the name "VeeVee" and who is married to a Silicon Valley hotshot named Scott Jones, for being spitting mad. When VeeVee, who is apparently pregnant, found out the father of her four other kids was supposedly having an affair with a coworker -- well, you know what they say about hell hath no fury!

VeeVee went on a tear on Twitter. And on her blog. She scalded her husband in language that will stand the hair on your neck on end. According to VeeVee's many, many tweets (her account has since been disabled), she was pregnant with the couple's fifth child when she discovered the affair. The other woman is also married.

VeeVee posted pics of the other woman -- and even the other woman's husband -- and went ape. Some examples:

- Ruff ruff. Wonder if your husband knows? That you blow your boss? And then kiss him afterwards? You're trifling good for nothing.

- Goddamnit she's so ugly it makes me feel ugly lol

- While I'm pregnant with his 5th baby, named after him, to save our marriage. He screws that ugly dog :-/ I'm so hurt & this is venting

- I think he has a sexual addiction. He's like a dog.

- What do you call a man marry a ghetto chic from Philly without a prenup & cheats on her? FUCKED That's what you should call him.

I feel for VeeVee. She's railing and with good cause.

But she gives no absolute proof that it's happening. We don't know his side of the story.

And why would you want your kids to see all of this stuff online?

It's really, really difficult not to want to share it with the world when someone has hurt you. As someone who wrote a memoir about a breakup, believe me, I know. But I also didn't reveal my ex's name or face. I even showed the book to him before it was published and told him he could make changes. There's a long history of heartbreak in art, be it poems, books, movies, or songs, so I'm not suggesting that it not be the basis for a cathartic outpouring. (Taylor Swift wouldn't be in business otherwise.)

But the Internet is not art.

Raw emotions unfiltered and uncensored and thrown up on Twitter or your personal blog can never be totally erased -- even if you erase them. Unfortunately stuff like this makes the cheated-on party look worse than the cheater. In fact, according to one of VeeVee's tweets, her husband and his supposed mistress were filing harassment charges against her. See? Now she's the one in trouble! Ugh.

It would be nice if we had laws against cheating, wouldn't it? Then the cheater could do a little time in jail and you'd get some satisfaction without having to take your pain to the masses. Yet adultery isn't illegal (at least in most states) and no-fault divorce means cheaters don't ever get punished in court either. But if it's true that VeeVee doesn't have a pre-nup, hopefully she can take him to the cleaners.

Sigh. How to punish them? How to hurt them back? You can't really. It sucks. At the end of the day, you have to trust karma will get them. Or you can write a song. Maybe it becomes a big hit, you make a lot of money, and then you buy the building your ex lives in and toss him on the street.

Is there an acceptable way to get back at a cheat?
