Khloe Kardashian Is 'Thankful' She Had Trouble Making a Baby With Lamar

While we all watched Khloe Kardashian deal with her fertility issues over the past few years, our hearts collectively broke for her. Khloe made no bones about desperately wanting a baby with Lamar, but it never seemed to work out. But now that everything's come to a head with her husband (cheating and drug allegations that run rampant -- oh, and a DUI to boot!), Khloe's "thankful" she never got pregnant. And while I'm fairly confident she'd never regret a child if she did have one, I can't help but nod my head in agreement with her.

Khloe apparently told a friend, "I don’t regret marrying Lamar but I’m glad I didn’t get pregnant." She feels that it would be unfair to bring a child into such a toxic and chaotic environment. Khloe also added, "If I were to be pregnant this past year, while Lamar was melting down and sleeping with other women, the stress could have hurt the baby. I feel so glad now that we didn’t conceive."

Wow. Talk about maturity. And talk about someone who's going to make an amazing mother someday. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that a baby between Khloe and Lamar wouldn't have been an ideal situation, but it takes serious insight for a woman who's had trouble conceiving for so long to say something like that. 

I'd love to see Khloe and Lamar get back together after he gets the help he needs, and for them to eventually have a child together. But I kind of doubt that's going to happen. So, hopefully Khloe will meet someone else someday and have a baby -- in a perfectly safe and serene environment.

Catherine Giudici Shares Photo That May Signal Trouble With Sean Lowe

Huh. That's weird. When Bachelor couple Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudici picked up and moved to his hometown of Dallas, most of us automatically assumed they are living together there since they've been staying in the same pad for quite some time in L.A.

Sure, they were reportedly sleeping in separate bedrooms (you know, because of the whole born again virgin thing Sean has going on), but they were living in the same house, nonetheless.

And that's why I'm totally confused over a photo that Catherine Giudici posted to Instagram of herself and two friends, which she captioned with "Hot housemates."

Here's the pic -- don't they look like one big, happy "family"?

Housemates? Whose housemates, exactly? Was Catherine implying that the three of them are sharing a home, which would mean that she's not shacking up at Sean's pad? OMG. What if they're having problems? (Let's hope not.)

Or maybe those two chicks are roomies and Catherine simply thinks they're both pretty hot tickets -- so she was giving them a shout out with her comment. (Aww. Whatta pal.)

Of course, there's always another possibility -- what if they're all living together in a house with Sean? Remember, they were shacking up with friends in L.A., so it's not like this would be anything new for them. If they do have roommates, it's kind of like having chaperones 24/7 to make sure there's no funny business going on, right?

Maybe I'm reading way too much into this photo, but let's hope for Sean and Catherine's sake that if they are living separately, it's simply to help build up even more excitement before their wedding and it's not a sign of any trouble in the relationship.

Those two have really grown on me -- and I want to see them get married, damnit! (And I'm still keeping my fingers cross that they find it in their hearts to invite me. I'll even blog about it. For free.)

Dad Who Beat Daughter's Peeping Tom Gets In More Trouble Than the Peeping Tom

Hero or thug? A father in Albuquerque, N.M. took the law into his own hands by beating up a man he caught  peeping into his teenage daughter's window. After spotting the guy naked and moaning at his child, Emilio Chavez III seemingly lost it. He claims he was so enraged that he doesn't even remember enlisting the help of his brother and a family friend in the assault on 29-year-old Dylan Maho, who had be hospitalized. 

Some are calling Chavez a vigilante; others think he's a criminal. 

It's pretty clear to see how the law views him: Chavez faces more jail time than the predator who victimized his daughter. 

He may get three years in jail for aggravated battery -- at least one year more than the peeper will get for voyeurism.

There are two very valid sides to this debate. On the one hand, as a parent, it is dead easy to put yourself in this dad's shoes and say you would do the same exact thing if you caught a man peeping in on your little girl. How was Chavez to know whether Maho would go even further than spying on the teen? At that moment he caught him, how wasn't he filled with fear that the perv was about to crawl through the window and rape his daughter?

And remember: Maho stood just a few feet away from his daughter's window. And he was naked! You don't just leave your home in the middle of the night for a naked stroll. I am speculating here, but it seems like Maho knew exactly what he was about to do. I'm not saying he would have taken it further than peeping, but I wouldn't blame Chavez if that's where his mind immediately went. 

On the other hand, as much as it pains me to admit this, Chavez had other options. He could have called the police. He could have whipped out his cell phone and taped the perv in order to ensure he had solid evidence that would help put this creep away. What if Maho had been carrying a weapon? Chavez's actions could have put his family in even more danger.

Can I be honest though? I don't think I would have patiently waited for the cops to arrive, either. I think my first impulse would have been to do whatever it took to get this guy the hell away from my daughter's window. It's unfortunate that the act of protecting his family may cost Chavez three years behind bars.

Kanye West Avoids Felony for Paparazzi Scuffle But He Could Still Be in Trouble (VIDEO)

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian got a piece of news they've been waiting for since July. The rapper and new father will not be facing felony charges for one of his (many) scuffles with paparazzi -- this one last month at the Los Angeles airport when he was caught on video lunging at the cameras.

Pheww!

Turns out the DA's office took into account Kanye's clean record and the fact that no weapon was used before deciding not to prosecute.

But all is not perfect in Kimye-land. The Los Angeles District Attorney's Office may not be interested in pursuing felony charges, but baby North West's daddy may still have to pay the piper for snapping at the paps.

The case is now in the hands of the city attorney's office, which has the option to hit Kanye with misdemeanor charges in the case. 

The irony of Kanye's legal trouble in the case is not lost on anyone who listened to the video of the incident. Kanye was heard saying to the photographer in question that he (the photographer) was just trying to get Kanye in trouble, baiting him so the rapper would have to pay big money for hurting him ... seconds later, the video shows Kanye moving in on the cameraman.
