Super-Skinny Khloe Kardashian May Be Taking Stress-Relieving Workouts to an Extreme (PHOTOS)

Khloe Kardashian has been pretty gung-ho about hitting the gym hard for a while now, famously getting more svelte over the past year-ish. But in the wake of all the buzz surrounding her troubled marriage to Lamar Odom, it looks like she's taken her intense workouts to a whole new level.

Sis Kendall Jenner posted a photo to Instagram of the pair working out -- Khloe doing her signature fave move, squatting, of course, and Kendall doing other lower body work -- over the weekend. The caption: "Action shot! KhloeMoney workin on that booty#GetItGirl." She later elaborated on another shot: "KhloMoney and Kenya gettin it in in the gym, stunna style.” Awesome! Except it's hard not to notice that Khloe looks thinner than ever.

Could be completely attributed to working out like a maniac, which we can't really say boo to. Especially given all the stress she's likely facing right now. There's pretty much no better or healthier way to cope with any sort of distress than sweating it out. Still, I could imagine what she's going through may have a way of really axing her appetite. And that could be potentially harmful ...

You see it happen to women all the time -- stars especially -- who attribute their weight loss to stress. (Funny, cuz for many of us, the opposite occurs! More cortisol = more belly fat!) Maybe because they're working out like crazy or just forgetting to eat. But either way, being at your wits' end emotionally and/or mentally is not exactly a sustainable or smart fitness strategy, amirite?! 

My heart goes out to Khlo, cuz she really does seem to be going through a lot right now ... Coping by pushing herself at the gym one thing, but let's hope she's eating right and taking care of herself overall. Because there's no glory in a slimmed-down body earned as a result of being completely stressed!

Jenelle Evans’ Son Needs Surgery, But Who's Taking Him to the Hospital?

Did you catch the scary rumor about Janelle Evans' son Jace getting surgery? The rumors are true ... well, sort of. First of all, the surgery hasn't happened yet. Last night Jenelle confirmed Jace is getting surgery on Thursday. And it's not as serious as it sounds, either. Jenelle tweeted, "his surgery for his ear tubes is scheduled this week on Thursday when my mom has the day off."

This is a common procedure many kids get done. It's usually outpatient, so Jace won't have to stay overnight. The procedure usually takes just 15 minutes, though you do have to go under anesthesia for it.

Ear tubes are a way to treat kids who get frequent ear infections due to fluids building up in the ear. The tube is placed in the middle ear to create an air passage, so fluids won't accumulate behind the eardrum. After six months to a year or so, the tubes just fall out, and the holes close on their own (though not always). I remember my sister had tubes put in her ears when she was about Jace's age.

But what is this about getting Jace's ear tubes when Jenelle's mother has the day off? I guess since grandma has custody, she's the one who has to take Jace for the surgery. He's probably on her insurance plan, and she would be the one to take care of the paperwork. Jenelle didn't say if she's coming along, too, that I could see. But we'd hope she would be there for her son. I think if you're getting surgery, even if it's something minor like this, you'd want to look back and remember that your mother was there with you.

Kanye West May Be Taking 'Protective Dad Thing' Too Far if Reports of Armored Cars for Baby Are True

Sigh. First there were the reports about Kanye West outfitting his new Bel Air mansion with surveillance cameras. And then he supposedly hired body doubles to impersonate himself, Kim Kardashian, and baby North West to deter stalkers and such when they're out and about. And now Kanye is rumored to have purchased armored cars to protect his "royal" offspring on the road.

No, I'm not kidding, people -- but I kind of wish I were. Yep, according to the Daily Star, Kanye picked up a Prombron Iron Diamond at the cost of $1 million, and a $400,000 Chevrolet Kodiak that's called "Limo One," a la the President.

And wait until you see the $1 million ride. Check out this video for a sneak peek.

Are you believing this thing? We can't know for sure whether or not Kanye really did shell out all that dough for one of these things, but if he did? He's officially earned the title of the most paranoid new dad who ever walked the face of the earth.

I know he and Kim are in pretty high demand and all -- but does he really think there are crazy people on the side of the road waiting for his car every day in the hopes of hijacking and/or kidnapping his family? If that's truly the case, then he honestly a) believes he's a member of the First family, b) thinks he's Prince William, or c) needs a mental health evaluation stat.

I don't know -- I'm thinking the armored cars sound a bit far-fetched even for Kanye. Maybe the rumor mill is just having a little fun with him and poking fun at how protective he is of baby North, especially since he and Kim have not introduced her to the world yet. But if people are really making up stories about him, you have to admit, that's kinda mean -- but sort of funny at the same time. (I'm awful, I know.)

Huh. This one is definitely a tough call. I guess we'll just have to wait and see whether or not the paparazzi snap shots of one of these things cruising around L.A. And if they do, we'll know who it belongs to -- which may defeat the whole purpose of having the car in the first place.

The Dangers of Taking Your Kids With You to the OBGYN

I'd like to think I can take my children anywhere. And I do ... within reason. For example I'd take my kids to the bar provided it was what I would think is an appropriate atmosphere but I'd never ever take them when I need to shop for shoes. Some things are sacred. And although I believe my lady parts are sacred as well, they have also been shared by my kids being that I once housed them within the depths of my body. So, when it came time for me to go to my annual OBGYN appointment and I didn't have a sitter, my 3 1/2 year old twins came along, too. And perhaps because of Doc McStuffins or the fact that we have an open door policy even when using the bathroom in our house, both my son and my daughter were very curious as to what exactly the doctor was doing between Mommy's legs.

"Mommy's vagina is sick," is what they told the Doc. And it's also what they told my mother when she came to visit the next day.

For the record, my vagina is not sick thankyouverymuch. The doctor didn't have to take any ouchies away because -- remember -- this was just a yearly exam. But of course my mom hears my daughter saying my vagina is sick makes her mind wander.

"Is something wrong?" she asked me very concerned.

"No, just a yearly visit. Pap, breast exam, I even had a rectal. That was unexpected."

"But your vagina is okay?"

"Yes, mom. My vagina is fine. Can we talk about that rectal? Lots of lube!"

Yes, I'd rather talk about a finger up my ass than my mom thinking something is wrong with my vagina when there is nothing wrong with my vagina except maybe it could use a waxing.

"Mommy's vagina was sick but she went to the doctor and now she feels better. So much better," my daughter says.

"Yeah, we went to the vagina doctor," my son chimes in.

I can't win.

Maybe taking your kids everywhere isn't such a good idea. They like to talk and no one likes to talk about going to the vagina doctor. I'm just glad they didn't say, Mommy took us out so she can drink a fancy Mommy-only drink and then we had to go to the vagina doctor. What would people think then?! Maybe shoe shopping shouldn't be off limits.

By the way, my Pap came back normal (just like everything else) in case you were wondering.
