Mom Sentenced for Condoning 9/11 with 3-Year-Old's Incredibly Offensive Shirt

A French woman was fined and sentenced to a suspended jail sentence on Friday, for sending her three-year-old son named Jihad to preschool in an offensive shirt given to him by his uncle. It read “Jihad, Born September 11, I am a bomb.”

Bouchra Bagour and her brother Zeyad were found guilty of condoning a criminal act, as the shirt obviously recalled al Qaeda’s terrorist act in 2001 that brought down the World Trade Center towers and killed nearly 3,000 innocent people.

The whole thing ended up in court because the nursery school workers where poor little Jihad (he didn’t pick his name … or his family members … or his clothes) attended were so understandably upset that they got local officials involved. The mom was fined 2,000 euros, and sentenced to a year in jail, and double that for the uncle.

Just … why?? What could they possibly have been trying to achieve with this stunt other than disturbing everyone’s peace? And this kid! How did he feel to have every adult stare at him in shock, horror, and disbelief? It must have been at least disconcerting, if not terrifying for this little boy to be gawked at by his caregivers. He doesn’t know that what mom did was wrong and downright scary.

Best-case scenario, this was a very misguided attempt at humor, but even so I say the sentencing still fits. 9/11 is nothing to joke about and nothing to make light of, and if you don’t have the common decency to respect the memory of the thousands of people that were murdered by jihad that day, then maybe a little jail time is a good idea. Like an adult version of "go to your room and think about what you’ve done!"

I just hope this kid isn’t too affected by his mother’s lack of judgment. Moms are supposed to teach their kids how to behave and interact with other people, and with role models like this kid has, he’s likely got a long road ahead of him.

Dr. Phil Tweets Offensive Rape Question That Should Appall Us All

Dr. Phil is a person that many go to for advice and guidance on their lives, but it seems that he is the one who needed guidance recently when he tweeted a question about rape that was so offensive to his many followers, he was forced to delete it. Sadly for him, the damage was done.

Across the web, many people were up in arms, protesting the tweet and tweeting in anger.

Just what was so bad? Well, see for yourself.

By posing the question, Dr. Phil (how is this man a "Dr." anyway?) implies that there is at least some possibility that there IS a question. SO to make it clear: No. It's never OK to have sex with a woman or a girl when she is drunk or sleeping or impaired in any way. That's just a fact.

If a girl is drunk, is it OK to have sex with her? Reply yes or no to @drphil #teensaccused.

Now we all know that celebrities like Dr. Phil are not ACTUALLY manning their twitter accounts. But someone is. And someone's head should probably roll for this. After all, this wasn't the tweet of a person who cares about others and isn't that what Dr. Phil purports to be? Sure, he's all tough love, but does he really condone rape?

Why is this question still being asked? It's 2013. We have seen AWFUL cases like Steubenville among many others like it. We have seen girls bullied online to the point of suicide all because of things that happened when they were drunk. It's called rape. We should be teaching our boys as well as our girls that it's NEVER OK to have sex with someone who is too impaired to consent. Period.

Dr. Phil is apparently a role model for someone (who?!), and as such, he shouldn't be walking this line. Sure, the question could just be a feeler. Whoever sent it could have been trying to take the general temperature and not implying that a "yes" answer was acceptable.

But it's our job as adults to make sure that everyone understands that having sex with a drunken girl isn't a question. It's just a no. Always. Someone in the public eye should be especially mindful of this.

Truly, it's appalling. Let's hope Dr. Phil and whoever tweets for him has learned from this. This won't be tolerated.

Farrah Abraham Asks Fans to Buy Her Expensive Gifts in a Completely Offensive Move

Teen Mom Farrah Abraham has done a lot of bizarre and crazy things over the years, especially since leaving her MTV days behind her, but perhaps nothing has been as insane and entitled as her latest stunt. Farrah has publicly broadcast her extensive Amazon wish list. And what a list it is ...

From her "fans," Farrah has requested (among other things): a $900 dress, a $1,400 bookcase, a $500 rug, $300 shoes, and a $750 chandelier. Classy, eh? Why she expects people to buy her anything is entirely unclear, but one thing that is clear: This girl is WAY out to lunch.

Looking back, maybe the signs were there all along. Farrah was always a bit of a spoiled brat even in the 16 & Pregnant days. But God. She has gotten worse.

Asking fans to buy her things is really kind of the lowest of the low. And that's saying a lot given she has already done porn. This woman needs to get a grip and fast. Besides, didn't she already make a million dollars or more from her porn, er, excuse me, "sex tape"?

Look, it's fine. She thinks she is famous. Maybe some really lonely old men out there will buy her a $750 chandelier. But maybe a better plan for her would be focusing in on her child and letting go of this "fame" monster that is clearly consuming her.

We all wish for many things. Apparently Farrah just thinks she can get him. Hell, maybe the reason people hate her so much is that she represents that greedy side of all of us. It's that side that would do anything for money and wants a pink chandelier. It's an ugly side we like to hide. We can look at Farrah and be horrified because she puts it out there, ugliness and all.

I guess she's doing what she can to survive. I just wonder what the price will be to her daughter.

Restaurant Insults Customers on Offensive Receipt and When Will the Madness End?

Lectores, tengo otro cuento de restaurante insultar Ay para ti. Se reúnen ' redondo. Es un primor... debíamos publicar la foto de la factura ofendía por debajo el salto por razones de F-bombardeo. Es para su propia protección. ANYHOO, nuestra historia comienza cuando el joven, estudiante de ususpecting Naomi Bloomer ordenó unos tragos y un brownie de una barra de café. Cuando llegó su recibo notó que incluía el audazmente redactada la Nota: "F *** ers todo venga enseguida." ¿Creo que tal vez alguien tenía un mal día en el trabajo?

FORMA DE HACERLO NO ES IMPRESIONANTE.

Naomi dice que ella quejó primero al cajero, que le voló diciendo: "Sí, nosotros hemos sido pegados." (Eso es lo que ella dijo...) Entonces Naomi escribió a servicio al cliente para la barra de café tres veces y sigue la consoló. ¿Y sabes lo que hace que la gente siente. En lugar de simplemente dejarlo caer, te dan ganas de seguir esa disculpa sabes es debido a los extremos de la tierra, si es necesario. Alguien tiene que pagar! O al menos di que lo sientes. ¿Es decir, Caray, qué difícil es simplemente pedir disculpas?

Finalmente, llegó el dueño de la empresa, Dave Dickinson (Sí, realmente) disculparme. "Nos esforzamos para servicio al cliente antípodas super amable. Así que pedimos disculpas a la persona que no experimenta esto." (Antipoda se refiere a Australia o Nueva Zelanda, el último de los cuales es donde tiene su sede la empresa. Aprendieron una nueva palabra hoy!)

Esto era una tontería. Es decir, "cabrones", entrando en la tienda en masa son un poco de la idea de por qué usted entra en el negocio, ¿no? ¿Quieres un montón de clientes, y contratar gente para asegurarse de que están muy satisfechos cuando salen. ¿Qué se supone, coordinar nuestros antojos de café para no cargar excesivamente los baristas? HRM, tal vez esto es una cuestión de gestión y capacitación tanto como una cuestión de rudeza.

Y después todos los insultos de restaurante ofensiva de millones que han sido escritos en la Internet, ¿por qué haces que la gente todavía? Algunas personas incluso despedir así nunca termina bien. Pero sabes que va a suceder. De hecho, voy a poner mi calendario para una semana a partir de hoy y sólo espera, voy a tener uno de estos puestos a escribir.
