Holy hot mama! Just wait until you see this photo of Britney Spears' insane bikini body, which she tweeted out to her followers as a means of showing off showing just how hard she's worked to whip herself back into amazing shape.

In typical Britney fashion, she captioned the picture with "#WorkBitchDay2" -- as "Work Bitch" is the name of the song she was shooting the video for. (Damn. Girl loves the word "bitch.")

But forget about the title of the song for a second -- let's get back to discussing how ridiculous her figure is, in the best way possible, of course.

Oh wait -- you need to see it first before we can ooh and ahh over it together.

Here ya go:

Good GRIEF -- is Brit toned from head to toe or what?!? Usually when I see another celeb mom posing in a bikini looking all skinny and cellulite-free, I kind of roll my eyes (in a combination of envy and disgust). I try and convince myself that they look that way because they have personal trainers and nutritionists at their beck and call.

But the thing that's so impressive about Britney's bod is that she's not rail thin. She's muscular, healthy, and fit, and it's obvious that she's put a lot of effort into achieving such a strong and sculpted physique.

I'm sorry, but you don't get a body like this by hitting the drive-thru a few times a week and sitting on the couch eating bon-bons and sucking back sodas. It's obvious that Brit has really cleaned up her entire lifestyle -- to the point where she's really an awesome representation of a real mom's body, or at least a mom who eats right, works out several times a week, and keeps the partying to a bare minimum.

Oh, and how cute is that bikini? Love the color. And it's sexy without being too skimpy, which is pretty cool.

Hmm. Maybe Britney should think about changing the title of this song to "Work It Bitch" instead of just "Work Bitch."

It seems to suit the whole vibe she's putting out better, don't you think?

Rihanna's New Bikini Photos Bring Up Some Major Self Esteem Questions

Do you follow Rihanna on Instagram? If you do, you've been allowed front row access to her bikini show over the past few weeks. The singer recently headed down to Barbados for some much-needed R&R and has made it VERY clear that she has no shame in posting photo after photo of her half-naked body. Yup, bathing suit after bathing suit, front to back -- it's not exactly surprising that the "Umbrella" singer is starting to get a little bit of flack for her constant stream of bikini shots.

Comments on her "big thighs." Haters saying that she's "not that skinny," and others calling her a "little boy," referring to her small chest size. Sure, Rihanna has more than nine million followers. Mean comments such as these are gonna happen.

But what about the rest of us? Is there something to say for the fat-shaming and negative comments women open themselves up to when posting these kind of photo on social media platforms?

The bigger question: Is it an unhealthy habit?

Working out is something a lot of us do. It's something that I'm sure you, your friends, your family, or someone else you know loves to talk about on all forms of social media. Heck, I'm definitely guilty. However, it's one thing to post a view from the end of a long run, saying that you beat your personal best. It's another to post bikini shots like Ri Ri over here. 

Whether you're a major celebrity or not, people love to criticize. As someone who's lost give-or-take 70 pounds since college, I know how rough it can be. If you're willing to put photos of yourself online, then understand the risks that come along with it. If you're posting photos of your bikini bod looking for praise, then you have to accept right off the bat that you may not get that. 

I can't help but think in the struggle that is body image, it's better for common folk like you and me to find positive reinforcement in other places. Look to inspiring words from your favorite celebrities. Maybe join a running club and gain energy from the positivity there. Being healthy is about so much more than just how you look, it's about how you feel. Don't rely on other people to provide that sense of confidence for you, find it yourself.

'RHOBH' Yolanda Foster Looks Unbelievable in a Bikini and No Makeup (PHOTO)

Yolanda Foster's home-grown lemons aren't the only thing she ought to brag about. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star recently posted a bikini photo to a private photo journal Twitter, and Christ on a cracker, she looks good. It's hard to believe Foster is 49. The woman doesn't look a day over 33. What's your secret, Yo-Yo?

Well, actually, maybe a more appropriate question for Foster would be: "Do you mind lending me a million dollars so I can look like you?" We all know Foster takes her health and her appearance very seriously. Throughout the entire past season of RHOBH, she was cleansing, running, squatting, drinking weird drinks, etc. Yolanda is without question a gorgeous woman, but no doubt it takes a lot of money to look that good. And hey, you'd probably look that stunning, too, if you were on a gorgeous beach in Puerto Rico without a care in the world.

Yolanda, whatever you're doing, keep doing it. You look stunning. And, seriously, can I borrow a million dollars? Okay, fine, $500 grand. I'm good for it, I swear. No? Okay, that's cool.
