Real amas de casa de Beverly Hills estrellas Taylor Armstrong es casarse! Después de confesar en mayo que ella esperaba para instalarse con su abogado-Novio convertido John Bluher, ya es oficial: Taylor y John están comprometidos.

Twitter es saltar con mensajes de felicitación para la pareja, que el abogado ha sido volver a Twitter durante las últimas horas 7. John presuntamente cayó sobre una rodilla el jueves en el St. Regis Punta Mita Resort en México, que es donde la pareja dice que primero se enamoraron. Hola!! 

John comparte todos los detalles de esa noche especial con E! ...

Taylor llevaba un vestido de seda azul cobalto mientras John llevaba una camisa de lino blanca y pantalones que empareja. El abogado informa que llevó Taylor ayudó a una carpa en la playa y le entregó un anillo de oro y diamantes, cual él a diseñar con joyero Ari Soffer como ellos sorbos de champán Veuve Grand Dame. Él dice:

Taylor era hermoso y nunca dejó de sonreír. Fue una asombrosa de noche, todo un 10 ' redondo.

Agradable. Mientras Taylor está entonces en la luna, no podemos ayudar pero estar feliz por ella. Después de todo, este compromiso viene después de un par de años lidiando con el suicidio de su difunto esposo Russell, una enorme cantidad de deuda y la presión de tener sus presuntos problemas con la bebida expuestos en RHOBH. 'RHOBH' Lisa Vanderpump and Ken Todd Involved in Ugly Bar Fight

If it's not one brawl it's another when it comes the Real Housewives. Representing Beverly Hills this week is Lisa Vanderpump, who found herself smack in the middle of a gay bar fight.

Okay, it's not quite as juicy as it seems. There were no actual punches thrown, but she and her husband Ken Todd were slapped. Slapped with a lawsuit that is, by two defendants who claim the reality stars unfairly stole the location of their sports-themed gay bar.

According to Us Weekly, Ryan Carrillo and Andrew Gruver say they partnered with producer Elie Samaha, who was going to invest in the restaurant to be called Bar Varsity. Next thing they knew, however, the property was leased by Elie, Freddy Braidy and Edward Fumkes (who are co-defendants) to Lisa and Ken, who plan to open P.U.M.P. Lounge there instead. The plaintiffs say Lisa and Ken knew there were already plans for Bar Varsity and they "intended to disrupt the performance of the agreement."

Maybe they did, maybe they didn't know, but it seems like Lisa and Ken aren't to blame here, but rather the owners who made the decision to lease it to them. They're being sued too, but I fail to see how Ken and Lisa should be involved at all. They don't either, and issued the following statement:

We had no prior knowledge of Ryan Carrillo and Andrew Gruver or their claim. We took the lease in good faith seven months ago and all of our applications and notices have been posted publicly. Any issue will be between them and the property owner.

The plaintiffs are asking for $4 million as well as a restraining order and a preliminary injunction to stop P.U.M.P. Lounge from being developed. Sounds like a big pain ... but also a really good story line for RHOC or Vanderpump Rules. Not quite as good as a real bar fight, but we'll take it.

Yolanda Foster's home-grown lemons aren't the only thing she ought to brag about. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star recently posted a bikini photo to a private photo journal Twitter, and Christ on a cracker, she looks good. It's hard to believe Foster is 49. The woman doesn't look a day over 33. What's your secret, Yo-Yo?

Well, actually, maybe a more appropriate question for Foster would be: "Do you mind lending me a million dollars so I can look like you?" We all know Foster takes her health and her appearance very seriously. Throughout the entire past season of RHOBH, she was cleansing, running, squatting, drinking weird drinks, etc. Yolanda is without question a gorgeous woman, but no doubt it takes a lot of money to look that good. And hey, you'd probably look that stunning, too, if you were on a gorgeous beach in Puerto Rico without a care in the world.

Yolanda, whatever you're doing, keep doing it. You look stunning. And, seriously, can I borrow a million dollars? Okay, fine, $500 grand. I'm good for it, I swear. No? Okay, that's cool.

When it comes to Real Housewives, there's a whole lot of gorgeous real estate in the picture. Personally, I always gawk over RHONJ Melissa Gorga's mansion and the old stunner that RHOBH Heather Dubrow once lived in. Wouldn't you just kill to live in that kind of fully-furnished Housewives luxury? Well, don't get too too excited, but you can ... for a price. RHOBH Yolanda Foster is putting her gorgeous Canadian penthouse on the market. And when I say gorgeous, I mean absolutely stunning.

The asking price? A casual $5.25 million. Yolanda's two-level condo is 4,226 square feet, located in downtown Victoria, British Columbia, and boasts three bedrooms and four bathrooms. With breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean, this place is a legitimate dream. Yeah yeah, supposedly she wants to trade in these digs for a boat -- but HELLO, the water views are fabulous. And those high ceilings? Man, what I'd do for some extra cash right about now.
