There is talk that Harris Teeter stores will do Super Doubles starting Wednesday, August 14th! That means they will double manufacturer coupons with a face value of $2.00 or less. They will double 20 a day per VIC card, and sale prices are available only by using your VIC card. Don’t forget to load your card with eCoupons to stack with manufacturer coupons.
