The real reason I hardly ever work out is that I can never muster up enough energy to leave my house and go to the gym. I mean who would give up their comfy couch for a StairMaster? Not me!
But I might be tempted to exercise more if I didn't have to go anywhere. By using things around the house (plus a jump rope and a yoga mat), you can turn your home into a personal fitness oasis.
The only downside of having a gym in your house is that you'll officially be out of excuses for why you can't work out!
