For some women, experiencing an orgasm during sex is about as common as seeing a unicorn. Apparently Christina Aguilera knows the secret on how to see unicorns and rainbows with pots of gold. 

When on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno last night, the 32-year-old mom of 5-year-old Max shared quite a bit about her sexuality and her ability to enjoy sex -- really, really enjoy it. She admits she's very in control when involving most things in her life, but when it comes to getting it on she's very different.

She was quoted in Maxim magazine saying "the one place I do not need to be in control is the bedroom" and on Leno she added:

I'm a big micromanager. I'm a stickler about organization: Everything needs a place, a purpose. ... I think every woman should relax and allow herself to be pleased in the bedroom. It's the one place I can let go.

The audience burst into applause and I think we should do the same.

Letting go -- that's exactly what many women need to do to experience an orgasm. Relax. Forget the dishes in the sick. Forget the bills that need to be paid. Forget that you have to wake up in 5 hours. Let all of that go. And feel. Breathe. Relax. Truly experience the pleasure.

Christina feels more confident and sexy as she gets older. She knows what she wants from a man and isn't afraid to ask for it. And she's learned how to truly experience pleasure. Hopefully more of us can do the same.

Christina Hendricks Talks 'Mad Men' Season 7 and the Possibility of Season 8

When Mad Men premiered, it seemed apparent that creator Matthew Weiner wanted to begin and end his story of Don Draper & Co. in the '60s. Still, we fans have looked for clues and remained hopeful that perhaps the show could go beyond 1969. Or at the very least, maybe Weiner could do something like split the final year of the turbulent decade into two seasons -- like what happened with the final installments of Twilight and Harry Potter -- so that we could enjoy both a season 7 and season 8? Hell, whatever it takes to get more Don on our DVRs, right?

But while no one has said season 7 -- currently in the works -- is definitely, finally the last season, it sounds like it probably is. And no one affiliated with the show is willing to fully own up to it just yet. At least that's what it sounds like judging from what Christina Hendricks recently shared with Access Hollywood ...

The hosts prodded her to say whether or not there would be a season 8, joking about how it probably would boil down to everyone asking for money, in an annoying nod to what happened in the contract negotiations that dragged on and on between season 4 and 5. And Christina explained:

I’m always throwing that out there, I want to do this job forever and ever and ever. But, I sadly believe that this is going to be our last season. ... I think Matthew Weiner, our creator, has a very specific story that he wants to tell. Knowing that you have an end, you can write up to that point, so it’s not left open-ended and I think it deserves a nice tie-up.

Sounds like she's referencing what Weiner himself has noted about how he's always known exactly how he wanted to end the series. I'd venture to guess that he always had a certain time span in mind, too. And that he's attached to the idea that it's a show that takes place in a very particular era, and taking the story into 1970 would mean going beyond that time. I also get the feeling he knows that he can only take his "specific story that he wants to tell" one more season.

Need further proof? He already began sounding a bit exasperated and tuckered out from the process and response to the show in the middle of season 6.

That said, I'm more and more doubtful that we'll see a season 8. But I guess that means we'll just have to savor the anticipation and airing of season 7 even more.

Cuando se trata de viajes de pérdida de peso, Christina Aguilera ha sido en una épica. La estrella, quien era conocida por su flaco bod "Genie in a Bottle" en el día, ha estado fluctuando en el Departamento de tamaño por un tiempo ahora. Hace apenas un año, Aguilera fue ridiculizado por su mayor tamaño en los premios ALMA. Pero hoy, se ve 100% mejor que nunca.

Aguilera mostró su pérdida de peso el sábado pasado en un evento de prensa de la NBC para La voz. El entrenador, que está volviendo a la quinta temporada del programa de éxito, no sólo parece más delgado pero mucho más tonificada así. Brazos delgados, Rockin ' muslos, es claro que ella ha estado yendo al gimnasio. Toma eso, avergonzadores de grasa!

Según Us Weekly, la filosofía de entrenamiento de Aguilera divierte con sus entrenamientos. Una fuente dijo a la revista: "es más una cosa de cuerpo y mente para ella. Ella cree en ejercicio que goza de ella, haciendo la fuerza de trabajo en comparación con cardio intenso."

Adelante, Xtina. Te agradezco Christina divertido enfoque de entrenamiento. Cuando usted puede conseguir en la cima de esa colina ese ejercicio y perder peso no tiene que ser una experiencia horrible, que es cuando comienza la diversión. Dime que quieres bailar, por ejemplo. ¿Por qué no pasar una hora lo se está moviendo en un estudio de baile en lugar de sufrimiento a través de un entrenamiento de caminadora que te hace querer morir? Hacer algo que quieres hacer en vez de algo que le da miedo a tu entrenamiento, y usted estará gratamente sorprendido por los resultados.
