Liam Hemsworth Denies 'January Jones Sexting' Rumors But Something's Not Adding Up

I don't know, you guys. They can deny the rumors all they want, but, to me, it sounds like there was or is something going on between Liam Hemsworth and January Jones. It was recently reported that the two exchanged "sexts" between one another, Liam allegedly telling Jones, "I want to [expletive] you." But now Liam's rep is saying, "The story of Liam Hemsworth and January Jones is entirely fabricated by US Weekly. There is no truth whatsoever to this tabloid fiction."

Okay. But ... why were the two photographed in the back of a car with one another then?

In February of this year, the two apparently got cozy at a pre-Oscars party, and there are photos of them leaving the Chateau Marmont together and getting into the same car. Sure, they could just be friends, but what do you think the odds of two really good-looking people just being friends are, when romance rumors abound? When there's smoke, there's fire, right?

I'm by no means President of the Miley Cyrus fan club lately, but I seriously hope her fiance isn't cheating on her, 'cause that ain't cool. I definitely think these two should break up, as Miley's clearly going through some shit and is a completely different person than she was when they first started dating. But break up, then move on, Liam. Not the other way around.

It's only a matter of time before the truth comes out. It always does. And hey, maybe we'll find out that this was the impetus for Miley's "Wrecking Ball" video. That'll change our perception of things, now won't it?

Raven-Symonè Issues Statement Adding Clarity to Her 'Coming Out' Tweet

 Every actor and actress that comes out in support support of gay marriage is a superstar in my opinion. The more the merrier. Let's get the word out that everyone should be treated equal. And so when Raven-Symonè tweeted that she can finally get married now -- many, many people cheered. Not just because she was helping to champion the cause of gay marriage -- but because she no longer felt the need to hide the fact she is gay. But wait ... maybe she was just doing what a lot of people have done before her ...  refusing to even entertain the idea of marriage until there was marriage equality for everyone.

Maybe she was officially coming out in her Tweet ... or maybe she was simply giving a shout out in support. Well, she's answered that question for us now ...

In an official statement, through her rep, Raven made things clear:

I am very happy that gay marriage is opening up around the country and is being accepted ... I was excited to hear today that more states legalized gay marriage. I, however am not currently getting married, but it is great to know I can now, should I wish to.

Man that must have been liberating. It's a terrible thing that still, today, people feel the need to hide who they really are because of fear of criticism or backlash from people they love -- and worse -- public outrage from ignorant people who don't understand the word acceptance.

It could not have been easy growing up as publicly as Raven grew up. She started out on The Cosby Show at age 3 for goodness sake! But she is 27 now ... and she should be proud of who she is!

Restaurants Sued for Automatically Adding Tips to the Bill

The trend of restaurants adding gratuity for bigger parties is nothing new. But whoever heard of dining establishments adding it to any size party -- without even bothering to inform the patron beforehand? Crazy, right? Unfortunately, some restaurants -- especially in Times Square, NYC -- have been accused of doing just that by a citizen filing a class action lawsuit.  

Ted Diamond, a 47-year-old tennis pro, says he found out that a handful of restaurants have added the automatic tip, and between the ones he identified and the ones lawyers have added to the suit, there are almost 20! Legally, they can add 15 percent only for parties of 8+. But Diamond says these offending restaurants added an extra 18 percent tip for parties of all sizes. You might not even know the tip will be added until you get the bill. And this is happening all over the country.

I understand the case for doing it, especially in touristy areas like Times Square, Miami Beach, and even St. Louis where an Applebee's waitress recently had a run-in with a pastor angry about the built-in gratuity. The thing is ... all too often, tourists aren't aware of U.S. tipping customs or are cheap or forgetful or just plain rude, and what these restaurants seem to be doing is attempting to cover themselves (or their servers, preferably) in any of those instances. (Seems to me they'd just be better off going with a no tipping-salaried staff policy like one NYC restaurant has decided to employ! But yeah, good luck with that ...)

Ultimately, the worst part is not giving diners a heads-up that the built-in tip is coming. What's more, if the law says gratuity can only be added for parties of eight or more, well, I can totally see where Diamond is coming from. What these restaurants are doing isn't legit, and they should be forced to quit -- or at least be upfront about it.
